Our Tech Support services are charged at a fixed rate of £5 per hour. All charges will be outlined to you by the member of staff during your contact with us.

Do you charge upfront?

Yes, we do. Before our team start assisting you with your problem, they will outline the charges and will take payment. Once payment has been received, the team will start assisting you.

How do I pay for the services?

When you get in touch with one of our dedicated team, they will send you a link to a secure webpage so that you can make your payment. You can choose whether to have the link sent to you via the Live Chat service or via an Email.
